Embossing is the current challenge at A Blog Named Hero. I’ve created this card with three different embossing powders.
1. Using the Sun Background Stencil, blend with Thistle Reactive ink for the inner portion and Taffy Reactive Ink for the outer portion.
2. Heat emboss the sentiment from the One Thing at a Time Stamp and Cut on Pitch Black Hero Hues Premium Cardstock with White Detail Embossing Powder. Cut it out with the coordinating die.
3. Stamp and heat emboss the flowers with coordinating dies from the stamp set in pink and purple sparkle embossing powder. They were included in previous My Monthly Hero kits. Die cut them.
4. Place images on stenciled panel to determine placement of the flowers without dies. Stamp and heat emboss with the same embossing powders.
5. Adhere all die cuts with foam tape.
I hope you like this card and found the tutorial helpful. Be sure to visit the A Blog Named Hero Facebook Page for more inspiration and don’t forget to enter your own projects into the challenge. Thanks for visiting!
