Die Cut Fall Bouquet Anniversary Card

Hi! I’m back today with an anniversary card for my parents. They’ve been married 51 years and I picked up this die set from Honey Bee Stamps last year to make this card this year.

With all the dies from the Honey Bee Stamps Fall Bouquet Honey Cuts in front of you, collect colors to work for each die. Scraps are great for projects like this!

I can’t list all the cardstock I used but I can tell you it’s all either Hero Hues Premium Cardstock or Gina K Designs cardstock. If you have a question about a certain color, please let me know and I’ll figure it out for you.

Die cut all of the pieces. Use Purple Tape to hold the dies in place on the cardstock.

Add shading with Copic markers, if desired. Ink blending also works. Layer flower pieces with liquid glue. Stamp sentiment on pumpkin with Embossing and Watermark Ink. Add Gold Embossing Powder and heat.

Arrange flowers and pumpkin until satisfied. Now is a good time to pick a pattern paper. A background stamp would also work well. Cut it to 4” x 5 1/4”.

To keep everything in place with a piece of Glad Cling Wrap over arrangement and flip it over. Take each die cut off one at a time starting with the biggest and adhere them either with foam tape or liquid glue. Most leaves and branches were just adhered at the stem for dimension.

Adhere panel to Hero Hues Adriatic cardstock cut to an A2 card base, with foam tape. Add Nuvo Drops liberally throughout. I used Vintage Drops in Postbox Red and Chocolate Chip; Crystal Drops in Copper Penny, Pale Gold and English Mustard. Tonic Aqua Shimmer Pen to the flowers.

If I make this again, I’ll skip the Nuvo Drops on the center of the sunflower but I really do love how this card turned out!

I really enjoyed making this card and hope to get the chance to make another soon. I do have quite a few extra die cuts leftover so I’ve already got a head start!
