Alcohol Marker One Layer Card – Spellbinders & Fun Stampers Journey

Hello! Today I’m sharing a card using another stamp set from the Spellbinders new Buzzworthy Collection by Fun Stampers Journey.

Some links below are affiliate links. At no additional cost to you, I will earn a commission if you click through and make a purchase.

Begin by cutting a panel of Neenah Classic Crest 110lb cardstock to 4 1/4” x 5 1/2”. Place the panel in one corner of Misti Stamping Tool. Place the large flower from the Sweet as Honey stamp set in the opposite corner. Stamp using Gina K Designs Amalgam Ink in Obsidian.

Flip the paper 180 degrees and stamp the flower again. Arrange and stamp smaller flowers. I stamped one flower onto Mint Tape, cut it out and masked it so I could add another flower and leaves. Stamp bees as well.

Color the images and background with Arteza Everblend Markers. The background was coloring with A267 but I was too bright so I covered it with A255and darkened the edges with A257. The markers I used are:

  • Large Flower: A412, A415, A422, A935, A9424
  • Small Flower: A935, A2492, A2496, A9421, A9424
  • Leaves/Stems: A543, A941, A942
  • Bees: A935, A945, A251(wings)
  • Leaves: A558, A2553
  • Background: A255, A267, A257

Stamp the sentiments and bee trail with Embossing and Watermark Ink. Add White Detail Embossing Powder and heat with a heat gun. Add Nuvo Aqua Shimmer Pen to flowers and wings. Add white gel pen highlights. Add panel to an A2 card base.
