Hello! Today I’m sharing a card made with the only stamp I purchased during Stamptember at Simon Says Stamp, not that I didn’t want many more. This Hero Arts stamp is no longer available but there are lots of tree and bench stamps out there.

I stamped the tree trunks in a row with Gina K. Designs Amalgam Ink in Obsidian. I’d also stamped the tree tops but I made a mistake so I stamped, colored and fussy cut the tree tops instead. I next stamped the bench in line with the trees.
With the exception of the tree trunks and bench, the intention of the coloring was not to be well blended. The sunset sky has a lot of texture using thick slashes of color.
The ground below the trees reflects the tree color as if the ground is wet. This was done with thin streaks of color with a little yellow added. I filled in the remaining areas with the B90’s.

I cut the panel to 4” x 5 1/4” and added the tree tops with foam tape. The sentiment was stamped on Hero Hues Pitch Black Cardstock with Embossing and Watermark Ink. Then I added White Detail Embossing Powder and melted it with a heat tool.
I added the sentiment with foam tape. I used a white gel pen to add highlights. The panel was mounted to an A2 top fold card base cut from Hero Hues Pitch Black Cardstock.
