Hello! I hope you don’t mind I’m back so soon with another card featuring Anita Jeram and Colorado Craft Company. I like to stamp and color all the images at one time and then make all the cards. Today we will focus on a simple stenciled background.

1. Stamp New Baby stamp set with Gina K. designs Amalgam Ink. Color and die cut image with coordinating dies.

Copic markers used (linked below): E53, E55, E57, E59, R01

2. On a piece of Neenah Solar White cut to 4 1/4” x 5 1/2”, place Birch Layering Stencil. Blend over it with Speckled Egg Distress Oxide Ink. Do not blend all the way to the bottom.

3. Blend from bottom up with Rustic Wilderness Distress Oxide Ink.

4. Cut panel to 3 3/4” x 5”.

5. Stamp sentiment with Altenew Pigment ink in Obsidian.

6. Add stamped image with liquid glue.

7. Add foam tape and adhere to a top fold A2 card base.

8. Add a trio of hearts with liquid glue.

I love how simple this card was but how it was perfect for the large image. A simple stenciled background was all it needed. Do you like simple scenes or more complex ones? I like a little of both.

I’d love it if you subscribed to my blog. Thanks for visiting!
