Hello! The Glimmer Hot Foil Kit for July includes Mini Slimline Nested Glimmer Dots and Rose Gold Hot Foil. This was the first time I’ve made a mini slimline card and I really like the size. I know I’ll be making more soon!
Both the sentiment and dies I used on this card and so much more are on sale at Spellbinders right now!
1 Cut a piece of Hero Hues Plum cardstock to 3” x 6” and a piece of vellum to 2 1/“ x 5 1/4”.
2. Hot foil the cardstock with the largest plate and the vellum with the third largest plate using Rose Gold Hot Foil.
3. Die cut the flower from the Handing You a Smile Small Die of the Month June 2020 from Hero Hues Peony, Meadow, Pitch Black, Canary and Azalea cardstocks.
4. Ink the edges of the die cuts with coordinating inks to add dimension. I used Hero Arts Raspberry Jam, Bubble Gum and Moss.
5. Assemble and adhere the flower to the vellum with thin foam squares and Bearly Arts Precision Glue.
6. Place Bearly Arts Precision Glue behind the flower on the back of the vellum and adhere to Plum panel.
7. Hot Foil the sentiment from Everyday Sentiments II with Rose Gold Hot Foil, cut to a strip and add over stem and under petals with thin foam squares.
8. Add panel to a mini slimline card base.
9. Add Rainbow Pearls around flower and for flower center with Bearly Arts Precision Glue.
