Hello! When I saw the Spellbinders 2021 Halloween Collection, I knew I needed the whole thing! Those witch legs are adorable and how cute is that spooky door? Here’s how I created the three cards I’ve made so far. Also, I apologize because I have no source for the purple holographic cardstock.
1. Die cut the following pieces from the paper indicated:
- Open House –
- door – Curious Metallic Black Night cardstock
- Molding, mail slot- Purple holographic cardstock
- Open House Halloween –
- window frame – Curious Metallic Black Night cardstock
- Skulls – Neenah Solar White cardstock
- 13 – Purple holographic
- Bat – Silk Glitter Black Prince cardstock
- Inner windows – Hero Hues Mustard Cardstock
- Open House Boo –
- Ghosts – vellum
- Bat – Silk Glitter Black Prince cardstock
2. Cut a piece of Whisper cardstock to 3 1/4” x 6 1/4”. Score at every 1/2” and blend on Distress Oxide in Hickory Smoke.
3. Assemble as shown above with Bearly Arts Precision Glue and adhere to a mini slimline card base measuring 6 1/4” x 6 1/2”, scored and folded at 3 1/4”.
I thought it might be cute to add a good luck sentiment on the inside since I used 13 on this card.
1. Hot foil a piece of Neenah Solar White cardstock using the Spiderweb Background Glimmer Plate using Aura Hot Foil Roll. cut down to 4 1/4” x 5 1/2”
2. Die cut the witch legs from the Let’s Be Frank set out of Stardream Flame, Curious Metallic Violette, Silk Glitter Black Prince cardstock, and Hero Hues Mustard cardstocks.
I cut only the portion I needed from each color.
3. Assemble and adhere to panel using Bearly Arts Precision Glue. cut off any overhang.
4. Die cut the sentiment from the Simply Perfect Mix and Match Sentiment die set using Stardream Flame cardstock and adhere to panel.
5. Add panel to and A2 card base with foam tape.
