Hello! The December Glimmer Hot Foil Kit of the Month from Spellbinders comes with dies to cut out not only the outer portion of the wreath but the inside as well opening up so many more possibilities. Of course, I decided an elegant shaker card was appropriate!

1. Hot foil the wreath and sentiment included in the kit using the Blush Hot Foil Roll included in the kit. I used Hammermill 100lb Premium Color Copy Cardstock (The page description is wrong but I received the correct paper when I ordered.)

2. Die cut the wreath using the inner and outer die. Die cut sentiment as well.

3. Die cut the large Fluted Classics Rectangle outer rim and insert dies from Neenah Solar White cardstock to create a 4 1/4“ x 5 1/2” panel.

4. Die cut the inner piece of the wreath from the card panel in step 3.

5. Add acetate behind the opening in the card panel.

6. Add a double layer of foam tape to the panel. Be sure that there are no gaps around the window so no sequins get out.

7. Place panel upside down in the corner of a Misti Stamping Tool. Add sequins. Place card base over panel.

I add Bearly Arts Precision Glue to the foam tape to make things more secure.

8. Add wreath around window with thin foam squares.

9. Add sentiment to the center of the window. I originally stamp directly on the acetate with Black Staz-On but it got lost with the sequins behind it.

10. Die cut the flowers from colored cardstock (from my scrap drawer). Add to card base with liquid glue and add Crystal Mix Gems in center.

The December Glimmer Hot Foil Kit of the Month is available until December 24. Spellbinders is also offering a special gift when you subscribe to a club right now.
