Hello! I’ve got another card to share today using a Kris Lauren stamp set from Colorado Craft Company. Most importantly, February 12 and 13 are free shipping days at Colorado Craft Company. Is there a stamp set that you really want? Now’s the time to grab it!
1. Stamp the images from Teacups & Mice stamp set with Intense Black Ink on Neenah Solar White cardstock.
2. Color the images with Copic markers. I used R20, R22, R24, R27, YR00, YR02, YR07, Y00, Y02, Y08, YG67, G24, G28, E40, E41, E43
3. Die cut with coordinating dies. Cut a slit in the center of the rose and separate the tail from the whiskers of the mouse.
4. Stamp the sentiment with Altenew Obsidian Pigment Ink in the top center of a slimline panel. Allow to dry and emboss the panel with the Spellbinders February Embossing Folder of the Month.
5. Adhere the die cuts to the panel with Bearly Arts Precision Glue.
6. Add black glaze pen to the eyes and white gel pen detail.
7. Adhere red heart droplets to the panel with liquid glue. Add panel to a slimline card base.
I think it would be fun to make this an interactive card where the mice slide out of the teacups. You would probably need to remove the tails to make it work best.
Don’t forget to head to Colorado Craft Company to pick up some great stamps and dies during their free shipping days February 12 and 13, 2022. Have you entered the giveaway for this release? If not, head to this post to do so.
Thanks for visiting!
