Hello! It’s time for the June Stay Crafty With A Blog Named Hero. This months theme is “By the Sea” so use images related to the sea or use a technique involving water. I chose to use images related to the sea for this card.

1. Stamp the Dark Sea Bold Print with Pool Party, Blue Raspberry, Splash and Blue Hawaii Reactive Inks on white cardstock cut to 4” x 5 1/4”. Add the ink to the cling stamp then use a blender brush to soften the blend into the previous and next color. You may need to do this multiple times, especially depending on how juicy your ink pads are.

I eventually went over the Spalsh and Blue Hawaii sections with Blue Raspberry. I love the color I achieved by doing so.

2. Stamp the Antique Hero Map Bold Print with Unicorn White Pigment Ink over the stamped panel. It’s subtle but visible in person. It may have worked better if I’d let the reactive inks dry first or used the reactive inks instead.

3. Stamp the images from Message in a Bottle with Intense Black Ink. Stamp the sentiment in the bottle image with the same ink. Color with Copic markers (listed below) and cut out with coordinating dies.

4. Add the images to the panel with foam tape and the panel to an A2 card base with foam tape.

5. Adhere Aquamarine Jewels throughout and in the center of the flower with Precision Glue XL. Add white gel pen highlights.
