Hello! The July Club kits are now available at Spellbinders. Today I’m sharing cards using the Small and Large Dies of the Month. I pulled lots of pattern papers from my stash to create these adorable scenes. I don’t have sources for most of the papers but I’d encourage you to look through your stash.
1. Die cut the pieces for the truck from the Large Die of the Month from various pattern papers, solid and silver cardstock where appropriate. The papers come from a variety of companies in my stash. I’ve listed as many as I could below.
2. Assemble the truck using Bearly Arts Precision Glue. Some places have grooves where to place the pieces.
3. Die cut the ice cream and cone from Hero Hues Sand, Peony and Woodland cardstocks. Adhere to top of truck.
4. Create the background by adhering grass and cloud pattern papers to an A2 card base.
5. Add truck to card with thin foam squares.
6. Hot foil the sentiment from Mini Everyday Sentiments with Aura Hot Foil Roll. Adhere to center of truck. I actually had this sentiment ready to go since I always hot foil all the sentiment from a set when I get it.
7. Add sequins with liquid glue.
1. Die cut the pieces from the July Small Die of the Month from white cardstock and pattern paper.
2. Color the skin with Copic markers. I used E11, E13, E15.
3. Assemble the pieces using Bearly Arts Precision Glue.
4. Add pattern paper to resemble sand and water to an A2 card base. I tore the sand colored paper to look like surf.
5. Place the pieces on the card with liquid glue.
6. Hot foil the sentiment from Mini Everyday Sentiments with Aura Hot Foil Roll. Adhere to panel with foam strips.
7. Add sequins to the card with liquid glue.
The July clubs are only available to purchase through July 24 and there’s no guarantee they will be available again. Also, there are several great value clubs if you want more than one. Spellbinders is having a great sale right now you may want to check out.
Thanks for visiting!
Very cute.
I really like your use of patterned paper!
