Hello! There’s a new release at Simon Says Stamp called Dream Big and tonight I’m sharing a card made with new Dimensional Cubes Stencil.
1. Using a larger than needed piece of white cardstock, place the first Dimensional Cubes Stencil on the cardstock. It might be a good idea to use Pixie Spray with this one.
2. On the diagonal, mask off the section below and above the area you are working on.
3. Blend on a rainbow of Pawsitively Saturated Inks. This layer used the lightest color in the trios. The colors I used are linked below.
4. Repeat steps 2 & 3 until the finished with the stencil.
5. Line up the second then third stencils on the cardstock and repeat step 4 using the middle and darkest color in each trio.
6. Die cut the panel with the second largest rectangle die in the Precision Layering A2 Etched Dies set A.
7. Stamp the sentiment from XL Stacked Greetings with Intense Black Ink.
8. Adhere the panel to an A2 card base with foam tape and add iridescent jewels with Bearly Art Precision Glue.
This card was super easy to create and I love the bright bold colors contrasted with the black sentiment. While I used rainbow ink colors because I love to, this would work with any colors you wish. You can even use the same ink pad over the previous layer and it will show up darker.
Have a look at the entire fabulous Dream Big release and tell me what’s your favorite. Thanks for visiting!
Love your card! Layering stencils help make quick and easy cards!
