Hello! Spellbinders just released the Boo Dance Party Collection and it is so much fun! Of course it was released for Halloween, it will be great for any time of the year for the right person, child or adult. The Hypnotic Background Glimmer Plate is incredible and can be used as a background on so many cards.

1. Hot foil the Hypnotic Background Glimmer Plate on white cardstock with Opal Hot Foil Roll and cut down with the second largest Precision Layering A2 A die.

2. Blend Villainous Potion Distress Oxide on hot foiled cardstock, applying it very dark at the edges and lighter in the center to make a glow. Wipe off the excess ink with a cloth.

3. Die cut the pieces from Dancing Ghost die set from Curious Translucent Iridescent Pearl Vellum, various color cardstocks (listed and linked below) and white cardstock.

4. Adhere pieces together with Bearly Arts Precision Glue. The vellum over the white cardstock for the ghost is adhered together under the treat bag only. The black for the eyes and mouth is just a pieces of black cardstock behind the face.

5. Adhere the inked panel to an A2 card base then place the ghost. I used a round adhesive foam to make the legs swing and only added foam adhesive above the swinging legs.

6. Die cut the sentiment three times from Pitch Black cardstock and once from Curious Translucent Iridescent Pearl Vellum. Adhere together with the vellum offset slightly. adhere to card.

This was a relatively easy card but that hot foiled background turned out so good! Then add the swinging legs and it’s just perfect!
