Hello! Today I’m sharing four cards using the October Small Die, Large Die, Glimmer and Embossing Folder clubs. My color palette today is based off the colors I used on the glimmer plate flowers. I enjoy creating a matching set of cards.
For all the cards, I embossed a piece of white cardstock with the October Embossing Folder of the month. The Large Die of the Month required a 5×7” card but the other three use a 4 1/4×5 1/2” panel and placed on an A2 card base. The cardstock colors used are listed and linked below.
I hot foiled the pieces from the Glimmer Hot Foil Kit of the Month with Satin Champagne Hot Foil Roll. I colored them with copic markers then cut them out with the included dies. The marker colors are listed and linked below.
I adhered the floral die cut with foam squares and added a sentiment from the Small die of the month cut from red glitter foam. I finished the card with Fashion Poppy Color Essentials Pearls throughout.
I adhered the sentiment from the Small die of the month cut from red glitter foam towards the bottom right corner then added a combination of florals cut from both the Large and Small clubs with Bearly Arts Precision Glue.
Fashion Taupe Color Essentials Pearls were added to the flower center. Finally, Fashion Poppy Color Essentials Pearls were scared throughout.
I used the Embossing Folder of the Month on a piece of white cardstock. I then embossed an ornament cut from the Large Die of the Month out of Phone Booth cardstock with the Embossing Folder of the Month. I attempted to place it to line up with the center of the white panel.
I matched up the ornament with the panel and adhered together with Bearly Arts Precision Glue. I added the gold hanger die cut, the floral pieces. The sentiment was from the Glimmer Hot Foil Kit of the Month.
Fashion Taupe Color Essentials Pearls were added to the flower center. Finally, Fashion Poppy Color Essentials Pearls were added to ornament an as holly berries.
First, I die cut and stitched the ornament with metallic thread, then I adhered a solid ornament as a backer. The pieces from the Large Die of the Month were cut from Neenah Solar White 110lb cardstock. The ornament topper and inlaid pieces were cut from Gold Mirror Cardstock. I finished it off with Fashion Rouge Color Essentials Pearls.
After assembling, I added the ornament with the same thread I stitched with. I also added a sentiment from the Small Die of the Month cut from Phone Booth cardstock and adhered to vellum shadow layers.
The top features florals cut from the Large and Small Die Cut clubs. Fashion Taupe Color Essentials Pearls were added to the flower centers.
