Hello! There’s a new release at Simon Says Stamp called Holiday Sparkle and I’ve got two projects for you today. Be sure to check out the entire release. It’s fabulous!

1. On a 4 1/4” x 5 1/2” piece of Neenah Cardstock, place the third smallest stencil from Tree Mask Stencils on the left side. Add Pawsitively Saturated Ink in Guava. Wipe stencil, remove and place the coordinating mask over it. I just held it down with a bit of tape.

2. Work your way across panel varying the color, height and size of the trees. Be sure to add the mask over any trees or the inks will overlap unless you want that look. You could also use the mask as a placeholder.

I went in rainbow order across the panel using Pawsitively Saturated Inks in Bubblegum, Guava, Melon, Lemonade, Celery, Marine and Lilac.

3. Cut panel down to 4” x 5 1/4” and the stamp the sentiment in Altenew Obsidian Pigment Ink. I used a sentiment from the Magical Christmas stamp set but I cut off the word magical and replaced with a larger word from the Magical to Me stamp set.

4. Adhere the panel to an A2 card base with foam tape. Add clear sequins to the top of each tree coordinating colored sequins across panel with Bearly Arts Precision Glue.

1. Die cut the largest Hero Arts Bulb Ornament Infinity Die out of Neenah Solar White and Cranberry Cardstocks. In addition die cut the ornament hanger portion from Gold cardstock and cut it straight across.

2. Stamp the fairy from the Magical Christmas stamp set with Intense Black Ink on the ornament as well as on masking paper. Fussy cut and add the mask.

3. Line up and stamp the gift under the stamped image. Stamp again on masking paper, fussy cut and place on gift.

4. Stamp the last two gifts. They won’t need masks unless you wish to ink blend the background.

5. Remove masks and color the images and the background with copic markers. The colors I used are listed and linked below.

6. Stamp the sentiment with Embossing and Watermark Ink. Sprinkle on White Detail Embossing Powder and heat set.

7. Add white gel pen stripes and polka dots to the gifts and stars to the sky.

8. Add the red backer piece and the ornament toppers. Finish off with red ribbon through the hole.
