Simon Says Stamp Be Creative Release

Simon Says Stamp just released a new collection called Be Creative and it’s such a fun one! The three cards I’m sharing today all use a new hot foil plate and they’ve got a new lightweight clear acetate. I loved combining these two products.

1. Blend Pawsitively Saturated Inks on to a slimline panel with Seafoam at the top, then Surf and finish with Ocean.

2. Hot foil the Mini Slimline Falling Confetti Plate on Lightweight Clear Acetate cut to slimline size using Rainbow Hot Foil Roll.

3. Cut the acetate panel to 3 1/4 x 8 1/4” and stamp the sentiment from Big Old Birthday with Cotton White StazOn Ink.

4. Punch two holes in the top of the acetate and inked panel. Run twine through both and tie in a bow. this is the only place acetate is attached to the card.

5. Add the panels to a slimline card base and place a small white heart below the sentiment.

1. Blend Cheeky, Blush and Pucker Pawsitively Saturated Inks on an A2 panel. Splatter on Shimmer Spray.

2. Hot foil the Mini Slimline Falling Confetti Plate on Lightweight Clear Acetate cut to 4 x 5 1/4” using Aura Hot Foil Roll.

3. Stamp the sentiment from Big Old Birthday on the inked panel with Altenew Obsidian Pigment Ink. Place panel on an A2 card base.

4. Run a thin line of Bearly Arts Precision Glue along top of acetate and adhere to card.

5. Add a piece of gold washi tape over glued section to edges of card. I needed to use a bit of glue to adhere each end to inking.

1. Hot foil the Mini Slimline Falling Confetti Plate on a 3 1/4 x 8 1/4” panel towards one side with Rainbow Hot Foil Roll. Repeat for the other end of the panel.

2. Stamp the sentiment form Big Old Birthday on a piece of vellum cut to 3 x 8” with Altenew Obsidian Pigment Ink. Add clear Embossing Powder and heat set.

3. Place foiled panel on a slimline card base with foam tape then adhere the vellum with Bearly Arts Precision Glue in very small amounts behind a few letters. Then add glue across panel and place an Iridescent Jewel over these spots.
