Hello! I love this beautiful new die set from the Spellbinders Victorian Collection by Susan Tierney-Cockburn. unlike most of the other flowers in her collections this one is relatively flat if you don’t add flowers to the back.
1. Die cut all the pieces in the Mason Jar and Lavender die set from Lilac Blossom and Fern cardstocks for the flowers and stems. Cut the mason jar twice from vellum.
2. Shape and assemble the lavender. You can find detailed instructions on the Spellbinders YouTube channel. I used Bearly Arts Glue to adhere the pieces together.
3. Add blue ink to the wrong side of one piece of vellum and adhere both pieces together at the top rim only for now.
4. Reverse hot foil the sentiment from Making Me Smile glimmer plates using Aura Hot Foil Roll. Cut out with coordinating dies. Cut three extra blanks and adhere together.
5. Cut a piece of pattern paper from Petite Patterns 6 x 9 Paper Pad to 3 1/4 x 8 1/4” and adhere to a slimline card base.
6. Adhere the back of the jar with a very thin line of glue. Add the flowers and stems. Once stems are in place add a very thin line of glue around edge of jar the secure front and back together.
7. Add the sentiment at the top and a few flowers at the bottom.
8. Finish the card with Fashion Taupe Color Essential Pearl Dots.
