Spellbinders Bibi’s Hummingbirds

I’ve created two more cards using the new Bibi’s Hummingbirds from Spellbinders. The large hummingbird is fabulous and I like the stamp layering in the stamp set.

1. Die cut the Infinity Punch and Pierce Plate from white cardstock and adhere to an A2 card base.

2. Die cut the pieces for the Hummingbird Card Creator and the flowers from Four Petal Thank You out of white cardstock.

3. Add ink to the die cuts with a blending brush. The inks I used are listed and linked below.

4. Stamp the sentiment from Hummingbird Sentiments with Altenew Obsidian Pigment Ink.

5. Assemble the pieces using Bearly Arts Precision Glue. Adhere to the card using thin foam squares and liquid glue.

6. Add a Black Onyx Droplet to the eye and Magic Gold Jewels for the flower centers.

I used second generation stamping to stamp the lighter flowers for some depth.

1. Stamp the images from the Hummingbird Build a Scene on a 4 1/4 x 5 1/2” piece of white cardstock. The colors I used are listed and linked below.

2. Add a small amount of Dusty Blue Ink to the top of the card with a blending brush.

3. Stamp, color and die cut the bird. The copic markers I used are listed and linked below.

4. Cut the panel down to 4 x 5 1/4” and adhere to an A2 card base with foam tape. Adhere the bird with thin foam squares.

5. Stamp the sentiment from Hummingbird Sentiments on Onyx Cardstock with Embossing and Watermark Ink. Sprinkle on White Detail Embossing Powder and heat set. Cut down and add to card with thin foam strip.

Bibi’s Hummingbirds is everything I’ve come to expect from Spellbinders and the talented Bibi Cameron. Check it out for yourself. Thanks for visiting!
