There’s a few more days to enter your project in the April Stay Crafty Challenge. This months theme is “They Say It’s Your Birthday!” Create a card or any sort of birthday themed project using Hero Arts products for a chance to win one of two $50 gift cards. Upload your project by April 30th at 5pm PT on the challenge post on the Hero Arts Blog.
1. Stamp the Burlap Bold Prints on a piece of 4 x 5 1/4” white cardstock using Fresh Lawn Core Ink. Stamp it again on a 2 x 4” piece of Sand cardstock with Sand Core Ink.
2. Stamp the images from the Berry Basket Bundle and color with Copic Markers. The colors I used are listed and linked below. Cut out with coordinating dies.
3. Heat emboss the sentiment with White Detail Embossing Powder on Sand Cardstock. Add Sand Core Ink around the edges. Cut into a strip.
4. Add the white and Sand panels to an A2 card base. Add a 1/4” piece of Cranberry Cardstock where they meet.
5. Attach the images with thin foam squares and add white gel pen highlights.
