Welcome to the Spellbinders May 2023 clubs Blog Hop! You’ll find lots of project inspiration for all the great clubs but today, I’m using the May 3D Embossing Folder of the Month and the Balloon Greetings Sentiments that coordinates with the May Glimmer of the Month.

A simple design but the coloring does take a while. In my opinion it’s totally worth it. I embossed the bottom half of the May 3D Embossing Folder of the Month in landscape on white cardstock then used a rainbow of OLO Markers to color the balloons and banners. I added a shadow with cool gray markers to the left and bottom of each image.
I hot foiled the sentiment from the Balloon Greetings Sentiments that coordinates with the May Glimmer of the Month on Onyx Cardstock using Opaque White Foil Roll. I cut it out with the included dies and trimmed off the portion that didn’t cut.
The embossed panel was cut to 4 x 5 1/4” and added to an A2 card base with foam tape. I placed the sentiment on card with thin foam squares and finished things off with Fashion Jet Color Essentials Pearl Dots.
