Hello! I’ve got two more cards to share using products from the Dear Friend release at Simon Says Stamp. I love the Supercalifragilistic stamp set. There’s fabulous and funny sentiments included for tough times.
1. Add Seafoam, Surf and Ocean Pawsitively Saturated Inks randomly over the Animal Print Stencil with a small blending brush. Set aside to dry.
2. Die cut hearts from the Geometric Builders Hearts die set. Ink them up with Cheeky and Blush Pawsitively Saturated Inks. Add Glossy Accents and set aside to dry.
3. Stamp the sentiment from the Supercalifragilistic stamp set with Altenew Obsidian Pigment Ink. Add Clear Embossing Ink over the sentiment and heat set. I think it might look better if I’d stamped the sentiment a second time with Embossing Ink and added more Clear Embossing Powder.
4. Cut panel to 4 x 5 1/4” and place on a 4 1/4 x 5 1/2” piece of Pitch Black cardstock. Adhere hearts with Bearly Arts Precision Glue plus a thin foam square where the two hearts overlap.
5. Stamp the inside of a top folding A2 card base with sentiments from the Supercalifragilistic stamp set with Altenew Obsidian Pigment Ink and Surf Pawsitively Saturated Ink. Add front panel to card.
1. Stamp the margarita from the Supercalifragilistic stamp set on white cardstock with Intens-ified Black Ink. Color with OLO Markers.
2. Emboss another piece of white cardstock using the Triangle Burst 3D Embossing Folder and adhere to an A2 card base.
3. Emboss the sentiment from the Supercalifragilistic stamp set on Pitch Black cardstock with White Detail Embossing Powder. Cut to size.
4. Fussy cut or die cut the margarita with the coordinating dies and place over the center of the embossing folder with thin foam squares.
5. Adhere the sentiment with thin foam squares next to the image.
I’d love to lighten things for someone going through a tough time by giving them a fun card. Thanks for visiting!
