More Spellbinders Yana’s De-light-ful Christmas Collection

The De-Light-ful Christmas Collection by Yana Smakula and Spellbinders is so beautiful I needed to make a few more cards with it! The Opal Hot Foil on the Holly Background Glimmer Plate looks really good in real life and the blue on the embossed background works so well. I’m still not sure if the black was the right choice but I do love how the all over die cuts worked out.

As soon as I received the A Merry Little Christmas Sentiments Glimmer Set, I hot foiled them in Aura Hot Foil Roll and then reverse hot foiled them for twice the sentiments. I stored them in the package and pull them out when I need them.

1. Hot foil the Holly Background Glimmer Plate with Opal Hot Foil Roll.

2. Ink blend over glimmered cardstock with Pine, Sage and Aspen Pawsitively Saturated Inks with the darker shade in bottom right and lightest in top left.

3. Use hot foiled sentiments from A Merry Little Christmas Sentiments Glimmer Set. Cut out.

4. Adhere panel to an A2 card base then add sentiments with thin foam squares.

5. Add gold sequins across card with Bearly Arts Precision Glue.

1. Emboss white cardstock with the Foliage 3D Embossing Folder.

2. Add Galaxy , Twilight and Morning Pawsitively Saturated inks with darkest in bottom right fading to white in top left. Splatter with White Iridescent Shimmer Spray.

3. Use hot foiled sentiments from A Merry Little Christmas Sentiments Glimmer Set. Cut out.

4. Adhere panel to an A2 card base then add sentiments with thin foam squares.

5. Add gold sequins across card with Bearly Arts Precision Glue.

1. Die cut the Poinsettia Blooms Dies from white cardstock and Brushed Black Cardstock three times. save pieces from the white cardstock.

2. Color the poinsettias using alcohol markers then add foam tape to the back of the white outline and petals.

3. Emboss a piece of Fog Cardstock with the Foliage 3D Embossing Folder and adhere to an A2 card base.

4. Begin adhering the poinsettia cutting off overhanging pieces and placing them elsewhere on the card to fill the entire thing.

5. Adhere the Brushed Black outline die cuts over the white outline using Bearly Arts Precision Glue. Repeat as above for overhang.

6. Adhere a hot foiled sentiment from A Merry Little Christmas Sentiments Glimmer Set.

7. Adhere Red Jewels to flower centers and throughout card.
