It’s September 1st and the first day of STAMPtember at Simon Says Stamp! I’m kicking off this month long celebration with two cards featuring two new stamp sets.
1. Stamp the pumpkins from Artsy Pumpkins Stamp Set from a rainbow of Pawsitively Saturated Inks. Cut out with coordinating dies. You may find it easier to die cut first since this is a layering stamp.
2. Stamp the background using the Wonky Trapezoid Cling Stamp and Flannel Pawsitively Saturated Ink. Cut to 4 x 5 1/4”.
3. Stamp the sentiment on the background panel with Altenew Obsidian Pigment Ink.
4. Use a splatter image from Hero Arts Mixed Textures Stamp Set and the rainbow of inks to add splatter above and below pumpkins.
5. Add panel to an A2 card base and finish with clear sequins.
1. Stamp the pumpkins from Artsy Pumpkins Stamp Set in a variety of Orange Pawsitively Saturated Inks, using two inks per pumpkin. Cut out with coordinating dies.
2. Stamp the background using the Wonky Trapezoid Cling Stamp and Seafoam Pawsitively Saturated Ink. Blend a light layer of the same ink over panel and splatter with gold watercolor. Cut to 4 x 5 1/4”.
3. Heat emboss the sentiment with Gold Embossing Powder and cut out with coordinating die.
4. Add panel to an A2 card base with foam tape then adhere pumpkins and sentiment with thin foam squares.
5. Finish card with gold sequins.
