Spellbinders Glimmer For The Holidays Collection

Spellbinders just released a gorgeous new glimmer hot foil collection called Glimmer for the Holidays. I made a set of four cards using each plate in the collection plus a new die.

I hot foiled everything in this post using Hammermill Cardstock and Aura Hot Foil Roll. The directions for each card are basically the same but I have listed them for you with the difference products used on each card. All products used are listed and link at the bottom of the post.

1. Hot foil the Glimmer Monoline Stars and sentiment from The Snow Garden Sentiments Plate.

2. Add Lumberjack Plaid Distress Oxide Ink to center of panel and Fired Brick at the edges. splatter with White Iridescent Shimmer Spray.

3. Die cut American Holly Die Set from white cardstock and color using Rustic Wilderness Distress Oxide Ink for the leaves and Lumberjack Plaid for the berries. Add Nuvo Drops in White Blizzard to the berries.

4. Die cut the sentiment plus three extras and adhere them together with Bearly Arts Liquid Glue.

5. Die cut panel and a folded A2 card using the largest Labels 8 Background Etched Dies.

6. Adhere panel to card then add holly and sentiment. Cut berries apart, adding above and below sentiment. Finish with Gold Flat Sequins.

1. Hot foil the Swirling Foliage Tree Plate and sentiment from The Snow Garden Sentiments Plate.

2. Add Speckled Egg Distress Oxide Ink to panel. Splatter with White Iridescent Shimmer Spray.

3. Die cut the sentiment plus three extras and adhere them together with Bearly Arts Liquid Glue.

4. Die cut panel and a folded A2 card using the largest Labels 8 Background Etched Dies.

5. Adhere panel to card then add sentiment. Finish with Gold Flat Sequins.

1. Hot foil the Pine Spays Plate and sentiment from The Snow Garden Sentiments Plate.

2. Add Rustic Wilderness Distress Oxide Ink to panel. Splatter with White Iridescent Shimmer Spray.

3. Die cut American Holly Die Set from white cardstock and color using Rustic Wilderness Distress Oxide Ink for the leaves and Lumberjack Plaid for the berries. Add Nuvo Drops in White Blizzard to the berries.

4. Die cut the sentiment plus three extras and adhere them together with Bearly Arts Liquid Glue.

5. Die cut panel and a folded A2 card using the largest Labels 8 Background Etched Dies.

6. Adhere panel to card then add holly, berries and sentiment. Finish with Gold Flat Sequins.

1. Hot foil the Full Bloom Poinsettia Plate and sentiment from The Snow Garden Sentiments Plate.

2. Add Distress Oxide Inks to panel using the Layered Full Bloom Poinsettia Stencil. Splatter with White Iridescent Shimmer Spray.

3. Die cut the sentiment plus three extras and adhere them together with Bearly Arts Liquid Glue.

4. Die cut panel and a folded A2 card using the largest Labels 8 Background Etched Dies.

5. Adhere panel to card then add sentiment. Finish with Gold Flat Sequins.
