Spellbinders and Simon Hurely have released another fabulous collection this month. There are three different stamp sets all with coordinating dies. I used the Leaf Prints Stamp and Die set today. In addition, I used the new Hero Arts Iridescent Embossing Powders for the first time and I think they are fabulous! The photos don’t pick what they are really like.
1. Stamp the Leaf Prints stamps on Onyx Cardstock with Embossing and Watermark Ink. Add iridescent Embossing Powder in Gold or Copper. Cut out with coordinating dies.
2. Blend Distress Oxide Ink on a piece of Porcelain BetterPress Cardstock. I used Hickory Smoke and Lost Shadow for one card and Uncharted Mariner and Speckled Egg for the other.
3. Impress the So Grateful Press Plate into the gray panel and the Floral View Press Plate on the blue panel with Black BetterPress Ink.
4. Impress the Always & Forever Sentiments Press Plate on Porcelain BetterPress Cardstock with Black BetterPress Ink. Cut out with coordinating dies. Store extra sentiments in press plate packaging for future use.
5. Adhere the inked panel to an A2 card base then add die cut leaf, only placing adhesive down the center to give it some dimension on edges.
6. Add sentiment with foam adhesive strip and finish with Gold of Latte Smooth Disc Sequins.
