The October clubs from Spellbinders will help you get your holiday cards done and ready to send out. Today, I’m sharing cards created with the Small Die, Glimmer, Stitching, Embossing Folder, 3D Embossing Folder and Wax Seal of the Month.
1. Emboss a piece of white cardstock with the October Embossing Folder of the Month. Add Nautical Core Ink the spray with Iron Gate Mica Stain. Let dry.
2. Die cut pieces of October Small Die of the Month from various cardstock colors and specialty cardstocks. All listed and linked below.
3. Add dye inks to the edges of the die cuts for more detail. I colored the face with Tattered Rose Distress Oxide since I did not have a good face color cardstock. Colors listed and linked below.
4. Assemble die cuts using Bearly Art Precision Glue and adhere to inked panel.
5. Finish the card with a few sequins.
1. Create the wax seal using the October Wax Seal of the Month and Red Wax Beads.
2. Cut out the tree from the October Stitching Die of the Month.
3. Emboss white cardstock with the October 3D Embossing Folder of the Month.
4. Add gold metallic marker to the wax seal and the edges of the tree.
5. Add panel to an A2card base, add tree with thin foam squares and wax seal on tree.
6. Adhere gold sequins.
1. Emboss the October 3D Embossing Folder on white cardstock. Blend on Pine Pawsitively Saturated Ink then spray with Tarnished Brass Distress Stain.
2. Heat emboss the sentiment from Big Jolly Santa Sentiments with Gold Embossing Powder. Cut out with banner die in the October Small Die of the Month.
3. Place panel on an A2 card base with thin foam squares.
4. Add gold sequins around sentiment.
1. Hot foil the October Glimmer Hot Foil of the Month with Aura Hot Foil Roll on Crimson Cardstock. Foil the bow and sentiment on white cardstock. Cut these two out with coordinating dies.
2. Add plum in to the panel from the edges inward. Add Espresso ink to just the edges.
3. Add bow and sentiment with liquid glue and a thin foam square.
4. Scatter gold sequins throughout.
