The December My Monthly Hero Kits and add ons are now available at Hero Arts so it’s time for a blog hop and giveaway! My first card uses the Premium Kit and my second uses two new die sets and one new stamp set. Read to the end for giveaway information.
1. Scribble a line of the watercolor pencil on a piece watercolor paper, both from the Classic Kit, spread it across paper with the Water Flow Pen from the kit. Continue down panel to create a rainbow. Once dry return to sections to add more color.
2. Die cut the Alphabet Cover Plate Die from the Classic Kit twice from Pitch Black Cardstock. adhere together then to rainbow panel once thoroughly dry.
3. Splatter panel with Gold Glimmer Metallic Ink from Premium Kit. Let dry.
4. Die cut letters to create sentiment twice from white cardstock. Adhere together. You do not need to die cut entire panel. Just cut cardstock big enough for each letter you need.
5. Stamp words and number from Premium kit with Intens-ified Black Ink. Cut to size and add Gold Glimmer Metallic Ink to edges.
6. Adhere panel to an A2 card base with strong adhesive since the panel may be warped. Adhere sentiments with liquid glue and thin foam squares.
1. Die cut the pieces from the Decorative Accents Fancy Die out of white cardstock and vellum for the banner. Spray the cardstock pieces with the Spring Green Two Tone Metallic Spray and let dry.
2. Die cut the Letter K Fancy Die out of white cardstock. Spray with Ocean Blue Two Tone Metallic Spray and let dry.
3. Stamp the background with the Sparkling Fireworks Bold Prints using Mist Core Ink but not all the way to the edges. use a blending brush and the same ink to soften the background.
4. Splatter the panel with Ocean Blue Two Tone Metallic Spray and let dry. Cut to 4 x 5 1/4” and place on an A2 card base.
5. Stamp the sentiment from the Message Basics stamp set using Deep Ocean Core Ink.
6. Intertwine and adhere the die cuts using Precision Glue XL. Don’t adhere it completely, allowing a few bits to lift from card. Finish with a few Aqua Enamel Dots.

Pretty cards! One could save the background that was left behind from spraying the flourishes and use that too.
