Our February My Monthly Hero Kit is about peace and friendship reminding us that we all share the same sky, the same hopes and dreams. This kit features a 6″ x 8″ clear stamp set filled with beautiful, serene floral images and sentiments that will expand your creative horizons. Also included are a bountiful 17 coordinating dies and 4 tag fancy dies. The kit is rounded out with twine, an ink cube, and a generous amount of white cardstock.
The Premium Kit includes additional elements to extend the potential for more cards and projects – even more Creativity in the Box! In addition to all the Classic Kit components, the highlight of our Premium kit includes a Radiant Sun Stencil and a whopping 48 pieces of ephemera, featuring colorful flowers, hearts, butterflies, and words. Also included is a 3″ x 4″ clear stamp filled with positive messages, word fancy dies, and embossing powder.
The background of this Classic Kit card was made by blending Soft Olive and Moss Core Inks, fading to white at the top. The images were colored with OLO Markers.
I lined up the words in the Classic Kit in my Misti. I stamped white Unicorn White Pigment Ink on Pitch Black Cardstock then rearranged the cardstock and stamped again. I swiped the ink pad gently across panel to give a chalkboard effect.
I used Mist Core Ink with the stencil in the Premium Kit. Both sentiments used Mist Cardstock and die cut two extra times for dimension.
I used a rainbow of Core Inks with the same stencil on this card. The sentiment is also from the Premium Kit heat embossed on Pitch Black Cardstock with the white embossing powder from the same kit.
I used the stencil on this card by embossing it into a panel of white ardstock. The ephemera comes from the Premium Kit as well.
1. Create the background by adding Green Apple, Paradise, Summer Sky and Orchid Core Inks with a blending brush. Adhere to an A2 card base.
2. Die cut the Peacock Cover Plate three times and adhere together then add to card.
3. Heat emboss the sentiment from the Cosmos and Lavender Bundle with White Detail Embossing Powder on Pitch Black Cardstock. Cut out with coordinating die plus twice more. Adhere together then to card.
4. Add Aqua and Green Enamel Dots to flower centers.
