Welcome to the Hero Arts July 2024 Hero Studio blog hop and giveaway! This month is all about the ocean and seaside vacations. I’m sharing a card using the July Card Kit of the Month and one using one of the Extraordinary Extras called Tropical Fishes Bundle. Read to the end for giveaway information and a list of designers in the hop.
1. Stamp the Rock Cling Stamp from the July Card Kit of the Month using a rainbow of Reactive Inks on Deluxe Smooth White Cardstock.
2. Use the same inks to lightly blend over the stamped panel.
3. Stamp the images and sentiment from the Victorian Seaside Stamp Set included in the July Card Kit of the Month using Onyx Pigment Ink.
4. Cover the sentiment then splatter the background with Black and Shimmer Tone-on-Tone Metallic Spray.
5. Add a Wood Frame Infinity Die cut from Pitch Black Cardstock.
1. Stamp the July Cling Stamp of the Month on a panel of Deluxe Smooth White Cardstock using Embossing and Watermark Ink. Apply Clear Embossing Powder and heat set.
2. Stamp the starfish from the Tropical Fishes Bundle in a rainbow of colors. The inks I used are listed and linked below. Cut out with coordinating die.
3. Before adhering starfish, stamp the bubbles from the July Clear Stamp and Die Set of the Month in a few of the ink colors.
4. Adhere the starfish using thin foam squares to follow the swirl of a tentacle.
5. Stamp the sentiment from Tropical Fishes Bundle using Embossing and Watermark Ink on Pitch Black Cardstock. Add White Detail Embossing Powder and heat set. Cut out with coordinating die. Add to card with thin foam squares.

Oh my, these are both wonderful. A great idea using the star fish and the blending on the couple card is so pretty.
