Welcome to the August Hero Studio Blog Hop and giveaway! This month features some beautiful tropical stamps and dies plus a letterpress and foil plate. You’ll find giveaway information at the end of this post along with the list of blog hop designers.
1. Blend Arctic Core Ink from the bottom to halfway up a panel of Deluxe Smooth White Cardstock then add Butter Bar Core Ink from top, blending two colors where they meet.
2. Stamp the bottom image from the August Card Kit of the Month with Arctic Core Ink. It may need to be stamped a few times to make it stand out.
3. Stencil the edges and vines using the stencil included in the August Card Kit of the Month. Splatter with White Iridescent Shimmer Mist.
4. Stamp the images from the August Card Kit of the Month using Aegean, Bermuda, Tangerine, Papaya and Pitch Black Core Inks. Cut out with coordinating dies.
5. Stamp sentiment with Bermuda Core Ink. Cut out with coordinating die.
6. Add panel to an A2 card base then adhere die cuts to card with Precision Glue XL and foam adhesive.
7. Add Sunset Translucent Enamel Dots to flowers.
1. Apply a rainbow of Core Inks onto Petals Circle Letterpress and Foil Plate. Make Letterpress Sandwich and run through the manual die-cutting machine. I used Azalea, Tangerine, Dandelion, Aegean, Summer Sky and Orchid Core Inks.
2. Repeat to add image a second time.
3. Die cut the panel using Hexagon Infinity Die then stamp with Script Bold Prints and Contour Ink.
4. Stamp sentiment from August Clear Set and Dies of the Month with Intens-ified Black Ink. Cut out with coordinating die plus twice more
5. Cut a Hexagon Infinity Die in the next size out of Black Glitter Cardstock.
6. Create a card base by cutting the largest Hexagon Infinity Die from folded white cardstock.
7. Adhere hexagons together then add sentiment. Finish card with Black Enamel Dots across card.

Great cards! Like the colors you chose for the first one and the way you put the cat above the sentiment. Looks like he was meant to be there. Also really like the colorful second card and the way you used the circular better press image with the hexagon shape of the card. Thanks for all the wonderful inspiration!
