I tried something a bit different using the Spellbinders September Stitching Die and Embossing Folder of the Month. Not only did I stitch directly onto the panel, I also dry embossed the panel before stitching. It added a fun element to this card!
1. Arrange only stitching flower a leaf dies from Stitching Die of the Month on a piece of Sand cardstock and run through Platinum 6.
2. Dry emboss die cut panel with Embossing Folder of the Month.
3. Cut the flower stitching die and outline die together from Mustard Cardstock. Also cut stem two center pieces from Woodland, Cup O’ Joe and Pine cardstock.
4. Stitch the flower and center die cut and the embossed panel.
5. Adhere stem then flower die cut over stitched flower on panel with thin foam squares. Adhere flower centers with liquid glue.
6. Die cut sentiment once from Gold Mirror Cardstock and twice from Mustard Cardstock. Adhere together then to card.
7. Adhere panel to an A2 card base cut from Sand Cardstock and finish with Gold Mix Color Essentials Gems.
