Spellbinders Simple Vintage Flower Shoppe and Just Sayin’ Collections

Today I’m combining two fabulous collections from the Spellbinders February 2025 release, the Simple Vintage Flower Shoppe and Just Sayin’ Collections. They worked perfectly together! Plus all of the cardstock is from the new ColorWheel Cardstock.

1. Die cut the heart base die from the Pieced Heart Die out of Indigo ColorWheel Cardstock and the full insert die from Chiffon ColorWheel Cardstock.

2. Leave the insert die cut in the negative portion and hold in place with low tack tape. Blend from bottom right with Cheeky, Blush and Cherry Pawsitively Saturated Inks, fading out towards top left.

3. Die cut large flowers pieces and the hearts from the Punctuation and Icons Die Set out of Dahlia ColorWheel Cardstock. Cut the leaves from Fern ColorWheel Cardstock and the flower center from Indigo ColorWheel Cardstock.

4. Blend Cherry Pawsitively Saturated Ink to flowers and Pine Pawsitively Saturated ink to leaves.

5. Die cut the small flowers from the Scalloped Journal Cards Die Set out of Chiffon ColorWheel Cardstock. Blend on Cheeky Pawsitively Saturated Ink.

6. Die cut sentiment from Vivid Script Sentiments Die Set out of Dahlia ColorWheel Cardstock three times. Blend Cherry Pawsitively Saturated Ink from bottom on one die cut. Adhere all three together.

7. Emboss a panel of white cardstock with the Bold Floral Embossing Folder and adhere to an A2 card base.

8. Assemble and adhere all die to card, cutting off overhang. Add a Denim Color Essentials Gem to center of large flower and Pink Color Essentials Gems to small flowers. Splatter with White Iridescent Shimmer Mist.

1. Cut a piece of Chiffon ColorWheel Cardstock to 4 1/4 x 5” and emboss with the Bold Floral Embossing Folder.

2. Blend on Cheeky, Blush and Cherry Pawsitively Saturated Inks from bottom.

3. Die cut the dotted border die from Stitch and Dots Scalloped Border Dies out of Dahlia ColorWheel Cardstock.

4. Blend Cherry Pawsitively Saturated Ink from straight edge out.

5. Cut the speech bubbles from the Speech Bubbles Die Set out of Dahlia and Indigo ColorWheel Cardstock. Cut three hearts from Punctuation and Icons Die Set.

6. Stamp the sentiment from Speech Bubbles Sentiments on the smaller speech bubble with Cherry Pawsitively Saturated Ink. Blend Cherry Pawsitively Saturated Ink on smaller speech bubble and hearts.

7. Use the partial die cutting technique to cut the scallop die from the Stitch and Dots Scalloped Border Dies out of the front of a top fold A2 card base.

8. Assemble and adhere pieces to card base. Splatter with White Iridescent Shimmer Mist.

1. Die cut the Flower Cart Die Set out of the following ColorWheel Cardstock Colors: Teal Topaz, Seaside, Lavender, Lilac, Beeswax, Canary (this one is from Hero Arts), Acorn, Fog, Classic White

2. Add shading to die cuts with slightly darker dye ink.

3. Emboss a panel of white cardstock with the Bold Floral Embossing Folder and adhere to an A2 card base.

4. Assemble and adhere die cuts to card using liquid glue.

5. Splatter with White Iridescent Shimmer Mist and add white gel pen highlights
