Spellbinders Wildflowers Collection by Lisa Horton

The Wildflowers Collection by Lisa Horton from Spellbinders features many great products but my personal favorite is the Script Text BetterPress Plate. I used it three different ways in this post. Can you spot them all?

The background is embossed with the Petunia Cascade 3D Embossing Folder with the Scallop and Stitched Edge Ovals cut from Malibu, Breeze and Oceanside ColorWheel Cardstock over it. The butterfly and sentiment are from the Butterflies Silhouettes Registration Press Plates and Dies Set. The solid layer of the butterfly was created with the BetterPress System and Teal Topaz BetterPress Ink. The detail layer and the word love were foiled with Moondust Hot Foil Roll.

I first used the Splatter BetterPress Plates with Strawberry, Apricot and Tuscan BetterPress Inks then hot foiled over it with Script Text BetterPress Plate and Aura Hot Foil Roll. The butterfly from Butterflies Silhouettes Registration Press Plates and Dies Set was created with Apricot on the bottom and Strawberry over it. I hot foiled the sentiment from Summer Solstice Garden Sentiments Press Plate and Die Set with Aura Hot Foil Roll.

I added one splatter from Splatter BetterPress Plates with Wild Berry BetterPress Ink then ran the Script Text BetterPress Plate through the BetterPress System with no ink. I paired it up with a flower from the Layered Wildflowers Die Set and a sentiment from Reel Color Sentiments BetterPress Plate and Die Set.

Using the BetterPress System, I added the Script Text BetterPress Plate with Strawberry, Apricot and Tuscan BetterPress Inks. I die cut the bow from Scallop and Stitched Edge Ovals out of Matte Metallic Gold Cardstock four times then die cut it twice more four each now. The top two were cut from and layered under with Poppy ColorWheel Cardstock and the bottom two from Tuscan ColorWheel Cardstock. I hot foiled the sentiment from Summer Solstice Garden Sentiments Press Plate and Die Set with Aura Hot Foil Roll.

The background is Splatter BetterPress Plates with Teal Topaz BetterPress Ink then Script Text BetterPress Plate over it with Black BetterPress Ink. I matted it on Oceanside ColorWheel Cardstock. The butterfly from Butterflies Silhouettes Registration Press Plates and Dies Set uses Spruce and Teal Topaz BetterPress Inks. The sentiment is Reel Color Sentiments BetterPress Plate and Die Set hot foiled with Moondust Hot Foil Roll and matted offset on Aquamarine Matte Metallic Cardstock.

I hot foiled the Journal Grids Registration Press Plates on Seaside ColorWheel Cardstock with Opal Hot Foil Roll. I ink blended over this with Seafoam, Surf and Ocean Pawsitively Saturated Inks. I added butterfly and sentiment are from Butterflies Silhouettes Registration Press Plates and Dies Set created using the Cruise and Teal Topaz BetterPress Inks.
