The Spellbinders May release included another beautiful collection from Susan Tierney Cockburn called Summer Solstice Garden. I used a few of those products plus the Scallop and Stitched Edge Ovals Die Set to make elegant shaped cards.
1. Die cut scallop oval from Scallop and Stitched Edge Ovals Die Set out of white cardstock twice per card. Score one 1/4” from top on long side and adhere to back of other above score line only.
2. Die cut the largest oval from Scallop and Stitched Edge Ovals Die Set out of ColorWheel Cardstock color that compliments the flower color. Adhere to card base.
3. Die cut largest stitched edge oval from Scallop and Stitched Edge Ovals Die Set out of white cardstock then emboss with the Petunia Cascade 3D Embossing Folder. Adhere to card.
4. Die cut pieces from Anemone Die Set. The colors I used are listed and linked below.
5. Assemble pieces following the video found on the Spellbinders YouTube channel.
6. Create sentiments from Summer Solstice Garden Sentiments BetterPress Plate and Die set using BetterPress System with Black BetterPress Ink or hot foiling with Aura Hot Foil Roll.
7. Adhere sentiment to card with thin foam squares then add flowers around it. Finish with a Color Essentials Gem in middle of each flower.
