I was late getting started on the June Clubs from Spellbinders but I love this theme so much, the cards are coming together so quickly! I used some of the new Treasured Cardstocks on the bottle card. Have you checked them out? I’m in love!
1. Create the background using the single stencil from June Stencil of the Month and a rainbow of ink colors. Cut out with bottle die from Whale in a Bottle June 2023 Large Die of the Month.
2. Die cut pieces from the June Large Die of the Month from Seaside, Beeswax, Indigo, Anchor and Fawn ColorWheel Cardstock plus glitter and pearl cardstocks from Antique White Treasured Cardstock, pearl cardstock from Onyx Treasured Cardstock.
3. Die cut the bottle and bottle insert together out of the matte gold from the Gold Treasured Cardstock and Classic White ColorWheel Cardstock. Adhere together.
4. Assemble die cuts then adhere the pieces that will hang outside the bottle to the bottle die cut. I waited to cut overhang until stenciled background was in place for stability.
5. Adhere bottle outline and stenciled bottle together. Cut off overhand and add remaining die cuts.
6. Hot foil sentiment from June Glimmer of the Month with Aura Hot Foil Roll. Cut with strip die and adhere with adhesive foam strip.
7. Cut the bottle die from a folded A2 card base with a small amount of die remaining above fold. Adhere to bottle panel.
1. Stencil a panel using the waves section of the layering stencil from the June Stencil of the Month and Marine, Cadette and Royal Pawsitively Saturated Inks. Add a small amount of lightest ink coming from top of panel.
2. Die cut pieces from the June Large Die of the Month from Poppy, Beeswax, Celestial, Cascade, Indigo, Fog, Anchor, Acorn and Classic White ColorWheel Cardstock.
3. Assemble and adhere die cuts to card with liquid glue and thin foam squares.
4. Create sentiment with June BetterPress of the Month and Cosmic Sky BetterPress Ink.cut to a strip and adhere with thin foam squares.
1. Hot foil the June Glimmer of the Month with Opal Hot Foil Roll on Classic White ColorWheel Cardstock.
2. Blend over panel with Uncharted Mariner and Salvaged Patina Distress Oxide Ink, almost fading out at top. Splatter panel with water and blot dry. Gentle rub ink off foiling.
3. Hot foil a sentiment from the June BetterPress of the Month and Moondust Hot Foil Roll. Cut out with strip die.
4. Die cut anchor from June Stitching Die of the Month out of Matte Aquamarine Treasured Cardstock once and Classic White ColorWheel Cardstock twice. Adhere together.
5. Adhere foiled panel to an A2 card base then add sentiment with thin foam squares and anchor with liquid glue.
