I’ve got another card to share using two sets from the August Hero Studio from Hero Arts. I decided to keep with the teal colors since they were a hit in the blog hop.
1. Stamp the August Cling Stamp of the Month using Bermuda Core Ink on Blue Spruce ColorWheel Cardstock.
2. On the same panel, blend Bermuda Core Ink from edges getting lighter towards center. Blend on Charcoal Core Ink just to edges. Splatter panel with Raven Splatter Effects.
3. Stamp images from the August Stamp and Cut of the Month on Waterfall ColorWheel Cardstock using Intens-ified Black Ink. Blend on Bermuda to the edges then color images with OLO Markers. Cut out with coordinating dies.
4. Die cut the solid crystal ball from Seaside ColorWheel Cardstock. Use the stencil only available in the Whole Studio Subscription this month, with Mist and Paradise Core Inks in for the first layer and Unicorn Pigment Ink for the second layer. Splatter with White Acrylic Speckle and Sparkle Splatter Effects.
5. Add stars from the Whole Studio bonus stencil using Unicorn Pigment Ink. Adhere panel to an A2 card base.
6. Die cut two extra crystal balls with the center cut out and adhere to the stamped die cut. Then add these to the solid die cut.
7. Adhere large die to card then add butterflies with liquid glue and thin foam squares.
8. Heat emboss the sentiment from the August Stamp and Cut of the Month with Detail White Embossing Powder on Seaside ColorWheel Cardstock. Cut out with coordinating die. Blend Bermuda Core Ink to edges then a little Paradise Core Ink to soften things. Cut twice more and adhere together. Add to center of crystal ball.
