1. Stamp the image from Lovely Legs Witch’s Cauldron using Intensified Black Ink on 4 1/4 x 5 1/2” Bristol Smooth Cardstock.
2. Color image with Prismacolor Colored Pencils. I also added a light shadow using a light warm gray pencil.
3. Stamp sentiment using Grape Juice Core Ink then add a shadow with a light warm gray pencil as above.
4. Add stars and bubbles throughout card and color with colored pencils.
5. Cover the sentiment with a small scrap of paper then splatter Raven Splatter Effects over card panel.
6. Add white gel pen highlights to finish card.
