The October Hero Studio Layering Stencils from Hero Arts creates a beautiful card where all you need is to add a sentiment and you’re done. You can also add a little or a lot of detail to make it even more fun! I added just a touch of shine to my monochromatic card and I love it.
Using the October Layering Stencils of the Month in the order they are numbered, I added Mist, Paradise, Aegean and Bermuda Core Inks. I then went back and added Wintergreen Hero Wax over stencil 2 then set it aside to dry.
I stamped the sentiment from the October Card Kit of the Month with Bermuda Core Ink for the bottom half and Paradise for the top. I cut it out with the coordinating dies and adhered it to the card panel with thin foam squares.
