Even though I’m not a skier I wanted to use the Ski Lodge Die Set from the Simon’s Ski-son’s Greetings Collection from Spellbinders and Simon Hurley. It’s definitely not just for skiers.

1. Emboss a panel of Indigo ColorWheel Cardstock using the Evergreen 3D Embossing Folder. Blend on Nautical Core Ink and splatter with Sparkle Splatter Effects. Let dry.
2. Die cut the pieces for the Ski Lodge Die Set using a variety of ColorWheel Cardstock. Ink each piece with Espresso Core Ink. Swipe the chimney and foundation bricks with ink pad instead of using a blending brush.
3. Die cut pieces from City Holiday Etched Dies including snow out of Antique White Glitter Paper, wreath out of Fern ColorWheel Cardstock and dog out of Alabaster ColorWheel Cardstock.

4. Assemble die cuts and adhere to embossed panel except dog. Splatter panel and dog with White Acrylic Speckle. Let dry.
5. Create sentiment using Christmas Cheer Sentiments BetterPress Plate and Die Set, Black BetterPress Ink and White A2 Porcelain Cotton Card Panel. Cut out with coordinating dies.
6. Adhere panel to an A2 card base then add sentiment and dog.
Head to Spellbinders to see the entire October release. Thanks for visiting!
