The Block Print Zodiacs Collection from Spellbinders is part of their new February release. My family has lots of birthdays from mid-April to the end of May so I thought I’d make some simple cards using those signs.
1. Use low tack tape to position the registration template on the BetterPress platform. Place all three Press and Foil Plates on the template. Hold a panel of Porcelain BetterPress A2 Cotton Card on clear plate with low.
2. Ink each plate with a rainbow of BetterPress Inks and run through Platinum 6 Machine. I used Ruby, Cheddar, Tuscan, Lime, Malachite and Iris BetterPress Inks.
3. Die cut the panel using the third largest Perfect Touch Arches for the Block Print Aries Press and Foil and Block Print Taurus Press and Foil and the second largest for the Block Print Gemini Press and Foil.
4. Die cut the second largest Perfect Touch Arches (or largest for Gemini) out of Onyx Glitter Cardstock. Adhere impressed panel over these with strong adhesive.
5. Die cut the largest Perfect Touch Arches Die twice per card from white cardstock to create card base. Adhere card panel to one of the white die cuts. Score second 1/4” from top of arch the adhere to card front, placing adhesive only above the score line.
