There’s a new release live at Simon Says Stamp called Beautiful Moments! So much spring goodness can be found there. I’m loading my cart up. My first card pairs up a new small stamp set with a new layering stencil.

1. Stamp three flower pots from Budding Blossoms on an A2 card panel. Stamp three pots on Masking Paper as well. Place mask over image.
After stamping image you can usually stamp on masking paper well enough without needing to re-ink the stamp.
2. Stamp a flower from Budding Blossoms in each pot. I did not attempt to mask the flowers since they were so small and I intended to stencil lightly.
3. Stamp watering can from Budding Blossoms and water droplets. Stamp and place mask for watering can.

4. Stencil background with Scattered Leaves Stencil Set using Green Apple and Fresh Lawn Core Ink.
5. Color images with Polychromos Colored Pencils. Add a shadow to the left and bottom of images using a light cool gray pencil.
6. Cut panel to 3 1/2 x 4 3/4” then stamp sentiment below flower pots.
7. Die cut largest Chunky A2 Scallop Rectangles die from Rainforest ColorWheel Cardstock. Adhere to an A2 card base.
8. Add stamped panel to card.

Head to Simon Says Stamp to check out the Beautiful Moments release. Thanks for visiting!

Hi, Jennifer 🙋🏻♀️ This is such a pretty card 😍 I sent you a message here on your blog. I hope you received it. I’m not on Instagram anymore. Long, long story. I hope you are well.
Hola, Marisela –
I just read your message and it hit me that I have not seen your name on any blogs (or not many) lately. I hope you are OK. Your message above sounds like something ominous happened. I hope whatever it was is now all straightened out. Any chance you are going to CREATE? I would love to make your acquaintance in person if you are….

What a beauty! Love this card. I had to make some hard choices. Unfortunately I had to leave this one on the shelf, but I love it.
