The new Beary Sweet Collection from Hero Arts and Carly Tee is one of the most adorable collections I’ve ever seen! I kept things pretty clean and simple on this card. Working in a monochromatic color palette helps keep me focused on the card.
1. Stamp a panel of Classic White ColorWheel Cardstock using the Candles Bold Print Cling Stamp and Peony Core Ink.
2. Die cut the large bear from the Bear Hugs Die Set out of Wild Berry, Dahlia and Classic White ColorWheel Cardstock. Assemble bear with liquid glue.
3. Stamp “hugs” from Big Hugs Stamp Set on stamped panel with Cotton Candy Core Ink for top half and Azalea Core Ink for bottom half. Use a small blending brush to soften transition between the two inks.
4. Stamp sub-sentiments using Intensified Black Ink. Adhere panel to an A2 card bases.
5. Adhere bear to card with thin foam adhesive. Cut off overhang.
6. Finish card with Glossy Accents on eyes and nose.
