The Friends with Flair Collection from Hero Arts is so fun! I love that I could make a card based on one of my favorite tv shows, Doctor Who.
1. Create the background using the Star Cluster Stencil with Unicorn Pigment Ink then Indigo Core Ink over the white. Next use Nebula Cluster Stencil with Nautical Core Ink on Cosmic Sky ColorWheel Cardstock. When lined up correctly, these two stencils work together.
2. Die cut the shirt pieces from Jean Jacket Die Set out of Alabaster ColorWheel Cardstock. Assemble with liquid glue.
3. Use Jean Jacket Layering Stencils to add Antique Ivory and Sand Core Inks to shirt.
4. Die cut the suspender and bow tie from the Suspenders Die Set out of Pomegranate ColorWheel Cardstock. Adhere to shirt with liquid glue. I also popped the bow tie up with thin foam squares but adhered center flat.
5. Stamp sentiment from Totally Awesome Stamp and Cut with Cherry Core Ink and cut out with coordinating die. Adhere to suspenders with thin foam square.
6. Adhere shirt to stenciled panel and add to an A2 card base.
7. Die cut two hearts from Jean Jacket Die Set out of Pomegranate ColorWheel Cardstock. Adhere to card with thin foam square.
8. Finish with white gel pen highlights.
