It’s Christmas in July for the Spellbinders Clubs! Or Winter in July for my card today. After seeing the July Small Die of the Month, I immediately thought how fun it would be to incorporate the Interactive Wild Ride Stamp & Cut and Pear Blossom Press Snap and Slide for a fun interactive card. It was so easy to do!

1. Cut a panel of Breeze ColorWheel Cardstock to 4 1/4 x 5 1/2” and splatter with White Acrylic Speckle. Let dry.
2. Die cut the penguin and skis from the July Small Die of the Month from Raven, Classic White, Carrot and Blush ColorWheel Cardstock. Cut the hat from Mulberry ColorWheel Cardstock and Antique White Glitter Cardstock. Cut the skis from a light blue glitter cardstock.
3. Assemble penguin and accessories with liquid glue.

4. Die cut a piece of Antique White Brushed Metallic Cardstock using the hill die from the July Small Die of the Month. It should be 4 1/4” wide. It needs to be high enough to accommodate interactive die from next step.
5. Die cut the interactive slider die from the Interactive Wild Ride Stamp & Cut out of the piece cut in step 4.
6. Cut another piece of Antique White Brushed Metallic Cardstock to fit behind opening created in step 5.

7. Cut a slim piece of Antique White Glitter Cardstock using the same hill die then adhere behind panel from step 4 but slightly higher. Make sure it is not close to the slider opening.
8. Assemble the Pear Blossom Press Snap and Slide in slider opening. Add foam adhesive behind panel but do not let it interfere with slide mechanism.
9. Add Antique White Brushed Metallic Cardstock backer behind panel then add entire piece over splattered Breeze panel.

10. Adhere penguin to snap and slide with liquid glue and allow plenty of time to dry.
11. Heat emboss sentiment from the July Clear Stamp and Die of the Month with White Detail Embossing Powder. Cut out with coordinating die. Adhere to card panel with foam adhesive.
12. Die cut several snowflakes from the July Small Die of the Month out of Antique White Glitter Cardstock. Adhere to card panel.

13. Finish with an Opal Color Essentials Gems in center of snowflakes.
