Hero Arts July 2026 My Monthly Hero Kits: White Pigment Ink Backgrounds

I love how full and well planned the Hero Arts July 2026 My Monthly Hero and Super Hero are! The cardstock choices were perfect for the amazing dies included in both kits. Unfortunately, both kits are sold out this month but I encourage you to use my cards as inspiration for other Hero Arts products.

1. Cut pieces of Oceanside, Malibu, Breeze and Mint ColorWheel Cardstock to 2 1/8 x 2 3/4”. Adhere each piece to an A2 card base.

2. Stamp card base using the Arch Tiles Stamp Set from the July My Monthly Super Hero with Unicorn White Pigment Ink.

3. Die cut lemons from the Citrus Shaker Die Set included in the July My Monthly Hero out of Beeswax, Saffron, Rainforest, Truffle and Classic White ColorWheel Cardstock. I cut centers for the flowers out of Lemon Glitter Cardstock.

4. Assemble die cuts using liquid glue and adhere to card with thin foam adhesive.

5. Stamp sentiment from the When Life Gives You Lemons Stamp and Cut included in the July My Monthly Hero on Classic White ColoWheel Cardstock using Nautical Core Ink. Cut out with coordinating die plus three times more. Adhere together and then to card.

1. Emboss a panel of Breeze ColorWheel Cardstock using the Arched Tiles Embossing Folder included in the July My Monthly Hero.

2. Gently Rub Unicorn Pigment Ink over embossed areas to add subtle highlights. The darker the cardstock, the more noticeable this will be. Adhere to an A2 card base.

3. Die cut the Citrus Frame Die Set included in the July My Monthly Super Hero twice from Classic White ColorWheel Cardstock and once from Rainforest ColorWheel Cardstock. Adhere together then to card.

4. Die cut additional pieces found in the above set out of Beeswax, Fern and Classic White ColorWheel Cardstock. Cut flower centers from Lemon Glitter Cardstock.

5. Adhere die cuts to frame die using liquid glue. The detail on the frame shows you whether the pieces go over or under each other.

6. Use an OLO Marker to add some dot detail to the lemons.

7. Stamp sentiment from Squeeze the Day Stamp and Cut included in the July My Monthly Super Hero using Nautical Core Ink on Breeze ColorWheel Cardstock. Cut out with coordinating die plus cut from Lemon Glitter Cardstock. Adhere together offset then to card.

If you want to subscribe to either kit, do it as soon as it’s available next month. These have been selling out super fast. If you’d like me to suggest similar products you could use, please leave a comment. Thanks for visiting!
