It’s Day 8 of Heroween from Hero Arts and I had lots of fun with this one! I loved alternating the letter colors and adhering them to the unused colors left little waste. My favorite part might be the spider, though.
Full disclosure: I used the stamp from the September My Monthly Hero, which is sold out and won’t be restocked. My suggestion would be to use the Spider Web Background Press and Foil Plate. It’s sold out but not discontinued or limited edition. I just couldn’t locate mine.

1. Stamp spiderweb with Obsidian Pigment Ink on Classic White ColorWheel Cardstock.
2. Splatter panel using Raven Splatter Effects. Let dry.

3. Die cut Heroween Day 8 from Blush, Tutu, Carrot and Classic White.
4. Using a different color for the top layer, adhere all die cuts letters together.

5. Cut backers for eyes from Raven ColorWheel Cardstock for ghost and skull and Beeswax for spider. Cut spider from Raven ColorWheel Cardstock as well. Adhere eyes.

6. Use the negative from die cutting the words for perfect placement on stamped panel. Adhere all except ‘O’ with as little liquid glue as possible and keep it from edges so negative doesn’t get glued down.

7. Adhere pieces to candy corn then add spider and candy corn with thin foam adhesive.
8. Offset white ghost and orange ghost then add with thin foam adhesive.

9. Add the skull with thin foam adhesive in place of the ‘O’ in sentiment.
10. Adhere stars from Heroween Box throughout.

There’s still Heroween Boxes available at different sites. Get yours before they’re gone. Thanks for visiting!
