When I saw the Bear Hugs Holiday Accessories Die set from Carly Tee and Hero Arts, I knew I needed to use the coffee cup with the Bear Hugs Die Set! I was also able to pair those dies up with a few other dies from the September release. If you’re like me, you might want to pick up the Beary Sweet Holiday Bundle.
1. On a 4 1/4 x 5 1/2” panel of Alabaster ColorWheel Cardstock, Blend Espresso Core Ink from bottom left corner fading out to top right.
2. Stamp Cozy Vibes Cling Stamp on blended panel using Espresso Core Ink, softening with a blending brush on stamp as panel becomes lighter.
3. Die cut bear from Bear Hugs Die Set out of Fawn ColorWheel Cardstock, eyes and nose from Raven ColorWheel Cardstock and highlights from Alabaster ColorWheel Cardstock. Adhere together.
4. Blend Sand Core Ink to edges of bear.
5. Die cut coffee cup from Bear Hugs Holiday Accessories Die set out of Alabaster ColorWheel Cardstock.
6. On cup sleeve, stencil Houndstooth Layering Stencil using Tangerine and Cranberry Core Inks. Lightly blend edges with Sand Core Ink.
7. Die cut leaves and acorn from Lovely Little Leaves Die Set out of Pomegranate, Tucson, Carrot, Acorn and Truffle ColorWheel Cardstock and stems from Gold Matte Cardstock.
8. Assemble all pieces then adhere to stamped panel using thin foam adhesive and liquid glue.
9. Stamp sentiment from Hide and Seek Stamp and Cut on white cardstock using Cranberry Core Ink. Cut out with coordinating dies. Add to card either foam adhesive.
1. Create background using Check Please Stencil and Cranberry Core Ink.
2. Die cut bear from Bear Hugs Die Set out of Truffle ColorWheel Cardstock, eyes and nose from Raven ColorWheel Cardstock and highlights from Classic White ColorWheel Cardstock. Adhere together.
3. Die cut coffee cup and Santa Hat from Bear Hugs Holiday Accessories Die set out of Classic White and Pomegranate ColorWheel Cardstock.
4. On cup sleeve, heat emboss Nutcracker Cling Stamp (discontinued sorry!) using White Detail Embossing Powder.
5. Stamp the bear from Sweet Wishes Stamp and Cut using Cranberry Core Ink. When ink is dry, heat emboss highlights using White Detail Embossing Powder.
6. Die cut candies from Candy Kebob Christmas Add-On Die Set and pretzel from Christmas Tree Candy Jar out of Fawn, Classic White and Pomegranate ColorWheel Cardstock.
7. Assemble die cuts and add to stenciled panel using thin foam adhesive and liquid glue.
8. Die cut sentiment from Candy Kebob Christmas Add-On Die Set out of Classic White and Pomegranate ColorWheel Cardstock. Adhere to card.
