Hello! I’ve got one more card for you using a January release Anita Jeram stamp from Colorado Craft Company. I mentioned in my recent post that I like to stamp all the images when I get them to color when I have time. This card also uses a die cut background I had in my stash. I think it was a good match!

1. Stamp, color and die cut the image from the Lots of Love stamp set and coordinating dies. Die cut two “blanks” and adhere them together with Bearly Arts Precision Glue. Copic markers used: Right Bunny- W05, W03, W01, R30; Carrot- YG17, YG03, YR02, YR07; Left Bunny- E53, E55, E57, R30; Grass- YG67, YG17, YG03; Flowers- RV00, RV02

2. Ink blend a background onto Bristol Smooth paper using Hero Hues Reactive inks in Splash and Pool Party.

3. Die cut the background from Tim Holtz Birch Tree three times. This die is no longer available but you could try this one from MyFavorite Things or this Paper Rose one. Add shading to one side with W01 and W03 Copic Markers. Adhere together with Bearly Arts Precision Glue then add to the ink blended panel and trim off excess.

4. Stamp sentiment on Hero Arts Peony cardstock with Embossing and Watermark Ink, sprinkle on White Detail Embossing Powder and heat set. Die cut the sentiment plus two “blanks” and adhere together.

5. Adhere image and sentiment to die cut background with liquid glue. Add pink hearts. Mine came in a kit but there are many available now such as these.

6. Add panel to an A2 top folding card base with adhesive tape.

When I have coordinating dies for a stamp set I can’t resist adding dimension to the card. I usually use foam tape but that isn’t very easy with some of these images or sentiments. It’s a neater presentation, it makes the card sturdier and has a lower profile than some foam tape. It might add weight but I haven’t checked that I out yet.
