Hello! I’ve got one more anniversary card to share for the A Blog Named Hero April Challenge. This card took around 30 minutes because it was last minute. I created a different card but didn’t like it so I went with this clean and simple card.

1. Cut a piece of Sand Cardstock to 4” x 5 1/4”.

2. Stamp Script Bold Prints on panel with Unicorn White Pigment Ink. Set aside to dry.

3. Die cut flower from Bees and Flowers Fancy Dies three times from white cardstock and glue together.

4. Stamp sentiment from Everyday Sayings stamp set with Watermark and Embossing Ink, sprinkle with Detail White Embossing Powder and heat set. Trim to a small strip.

5. Mount the panel with foam tape on an A2 card base cut from Sand Cardstock.

6. Add flower die cut to card.

7. Add sentiment over flower stem with foam strips at each end but none where it overlaps stem.

8. Add a clay heart with liquid glue.

To sum things up, I used white and kraft color combo, foam mounted or layered cardstock for dimension and added a small pop of red to create my clean and simple, last minute card. Simplifying things like this made my choices easy and mu card come together quickly.

There’s still a few more days to enter your own project for the April challenge. Be sure to like and follow the A Blog Named Hero Facebook Page for more inspiration!

I’d love it if you’d subscribe to my blog. Thanks for visiting!
