Hello! I’m so honored that Michelle Lupton asked me to participate in her annual Case Me a Christmas Card.

One of my favorite types of cards from Michelle are her rainbows made with alcohol inks. I’m not good with them and I’m out of yupo paper, so I used Distress Oxide Inks.

1. Emboss a piece of white cardstock with Scandinavian Christmas Embossing Folder.

2. Add a rainbow of colors to the embossed panel using the following Distress Oxide Inks: Lumberjack Plaid, Spiced Marmalade, Wild Honey, Rustic Wilderness, Prize Ribbon and Villainous Potion. Splatter with water and spray generously with Shimmer Spray. Set aside to dry.

3. Die cut the sentiment from Season Words dies three times from white cardstock and once from silver glitter cardstock. Cut the shadow from vellum. Adhere pieces together with Bearly Arts Precision Glue.

4. Once dry, cut the panel down to slightly wider than the sentiment and 5 1/2” tall. Adhere to an A2 card base.

5. Adhere sentiment with liquid glue to card.

Thank you so much, Michelle, for inviting me to participate in Case Me a Christmas and for being a constant inspiration and friend!
